This Puffer Fish is called the Porcupine Fish. It lives among rocks and can be found
in as little as two metres from the ocean surface.
It has a yellow circle around its eyes and it has spikes that lie flat when it is not angry.
When it is angry the spikes point back and it puffs up as well.
It lives alone and eats prawns. It also has little sensors above
its mouth. The porcupine fish has very small teeth and lips like human lips.
When I was at Jervis Bay in the morning I saw ten porcupine fish on the beach.
The ten porcupine fish were dead and one was rolling up
and down in the water. The smallest one had both of its eyes out.
If you ever see one don't touch it because the porcupine fish
have poisonous spikes.
